Wayne Dale is the Managing Director at Taydal Surfacing Ltd. He is responsible for leading and facilitating Taydal Surfacing’s operations across all major contracts and frameworks within all of our divisions, contributing to the growth and strategic direction of Taydal Surfacing.
His friendly demeanour and wealth of knowledge spanning over 30 years of experience has enabled him to develop into one of the country’s leading surfacing machinists.
His impressive skillset and knowledge of surfacing enable Taydal to confidently deliver solutions to our clients at exceptional speed and quality.
Shane Dale is a hugely respected and highly knowledgeable surfacing estimator, and our clients benefit from his fast quotation turnarounds.
His impressive skillset enables him to plan and coordinate the daily workloads of all our teams and contracts managers.
Shane’s commitment has been instrumental in Taydal’s successful growth over the past two decades and has helped nurture our reputation as a leading surfacing contractor.
Wade Frost joined our team in September 2022, coming from a prestigious surfacing company, he has brought a new eye to our estimating, whilst also taking over our planning and leadership of civil engineering works. Wade works alongside Shane Dale in our daily estimation and has already made a name for himself within our clients.
As well as daily estimating for our clients, Wade also works alongside Shaun Claridge in handling all developments and works carried out with ABP. His knowledge within the civil engineering sector and surfacing will help Taydal grow further within this industry.
Ryan joined the company in February 2021 as a Credit Controller. His efficient process input has ensured financial controls, governance and processes of the business, ensuring monetary stability for the company. He has since progressed to the Financial Controller and oversees all financial matters at the company.
Ryan has over 12 years’ experience working within financial services; he previously worked for a corporate FTSE 50 for 7 years where he gained a wealth of experience and knowledge which has enabled him to aid growth and profitability at Taydal Surfacing.
Janice has been at Taydal Surfacing Ltd for 20 years; she is the heart of our office! Dealing with our daily purchase invoice and administration needs. Janice’s knowledge of purchase ledgers have been fundamental in the continuous growth of Taydal Surfacing Ltd.
Nina Neilson joined our team in September 2022. Nina has joined as our Logistics Coordinator, handling all vehicle management, ordering, and marketing, as well as helping with the our purchase invoices and health & safety aspects of sites and office.
With 5 years in the construction industry, Nina’s experience and skillset is exactly what Taydal needs to help grow our online presence and further our organisation and efficiency.
Abbie has worked with Taydal for a few years now, originally as Fleet Controller and Accounts Assistant, her role has now changed after welcoming two children into her life. Now working as Office Administrator as a part time employee for Taydal.
Our newest recruit at Tay-dal, Forrest is a young face among our contracts managers, joining us in February 2023. Don’t let his young face fool you, Forrest has 10 years experience within asphalting, as well as managing sites and gangs. Tay-dal are excited to have him as part of our team and look forward to how he’s going to progress our company further.
Stuart Sangster has over 45 years of experience in the surfacing industry. He started working ‘on the tools’ at the age of 18, he then progressed to work as a foreman leading successful surfacing gangs for many years. He has since developed into a successful contracts manager within Taydal surfacing, which is a role he has held for 20 years.
Stuart’s wealth of surfacing and management knowledge over the last 45 years has been pivotal in the continuous growth of Taydal Surfacing.
Sam Oxley has been a part of the Taydal team since 2002, with 30 years in the surfacing industry, he brings an incredible amount of knowledge to the team. His excellent management and foreman skill are an exceptional asset to the Taydal team.
Sam is a well-respected Tarmac expert and delivers excellent quality jobs to all our customers and clients.
Shaun Claridge has worked with us since 2016, building relationships and overseeing all projects at the ABP ports in Ipswich, Lowestoft, and Kings Lynn. He has been fundamental in producing quality work for out client, the Associated British Ports, working alongside our valued client and chief engineers and project managers. Shaun helps to ensure our health and safety in such a dangerous area is kept at the highest quality possible, alongside Anastazia. His knowledge of construction and surfacing are pivotal for his role.
