4C Developments is a dynamic, modern construction company that delivers refurbished and new build projects of exceptional quality, based in Putney. They are a new client of Taydal’s, reaching out for our assistance installing surfacing for a new retail project based in Harwich.
The retail project we had the opportunity to work on was the new Stanton Europark, based in Harwich, Essex. It is located next to Harwich Airport, making it a prime location for this development. We were asked to install new roads and pathways within this project.
Over 4 days, we installed a total of 897 square meters of AC10 base course, AC20 open graded base course, SMA wearing course and open graded wearing course. Due to this being an enclosed project, we did not have to offer traffic management or closures, we worked alongside 4C developments to ensure access and completed this on time.
