10mm SMA wearing course and AC20 base course
Taydal had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Tarmac once again, this time we had a 5 night install over 3 roads in Norwich. Poppy Way, Broadlands Way and Wroxham Road.
The total area we had to resurface was 612 square meters. This is a smaller install, however, as the install was based on a main road, we were only allowed to install overnight for a few hours at a time. This is why this job was booked in across five nights.
The material chosen for this job was a AC20 base course, which was laid in various depths across the whole area. Followed by a 10mm SMA wearing course to top. We installed this on time and had the road reopened as scheduled.
