6mm SMA wearing course
Tocia Properties Ltd are a property developer based in Chelmsford, Essex. They work throughout Essex on residential areas and are a new client of Taydal’s, this install was our first for them. They reached out to us regarding a property based in Harwich, Essex.
The property in question is part of the Little Orchards development and required a new driveway and footpath to be installed. The area was a total of 138 square meters, we installed a 6mm SMA wearing course over this entire area. The install was a small one and took our teams a single day to install.
Tocia Properties were very happy with our work, as well as the tenant of the property. Hopefully, this will lead to a good working relationship with them.
