Bond coat with a 65 PSV with PMB
As part of our ongoing works with Henderson & Taylor, we
have been undertaking many surfacing works through Thurrock on behalf of
Thurrock County Council. This is a highways scheme to better improve the roads
throughout Thurrock and Grays that has been ongoing over the last few years.
Each year we are offered the chance to win the contract with
Henderson & Taylor, and for another year we have been successful. This
means we have been awarded a scheme of works to install throughout the year
within Thurrock.
One of our most recent installs for this was at Henderson
& Taylor’s refurbishment works on Civic Square. This has been ongoing for a
while and was finally ready for some surfacing to be installed. For this we had
an area of 1815 square meters which all entailed laying bond coat, followed
with a 65 PSV and a PMB. This work was completed over 2 days, thankfully as
this whole area is being refurbished it is a fully enclosed site which made it
much easier for our teams to complete this within the allotted time.
